Direct Debit by Card

Provides your business with capability of customers paying you regularly through a ‘direct debit’ type credit card facility
There are three options
 
Option 1: You have a business where you sell a limited number of different priced products, services or membership subscriptions to customers who pay you the same amount on a regular basis, weekly, monthly, annually etc., similar to a Standing Order, but by credit/debit card.  The payments would be constant but may be subject to your renewal increases periodically.
  Quick setup your different ‘product’ items (eg Membership Subscriptions);  reference, description, regular payment amount, start date and frequency of payment
  Setup your clients collectively in the database or individually in the Virtual Terminal

Option 2: You have a business where you sell products or services to many different customers, many of whom paying differents amount from other customers, on a regular basis, weekly, monthly annually etc.  Eg Insurance Premiums that renew annually. Each customers payments would be constant for a period of time, but subject to renewal increases periodically
  Quick setup your different products or services (eg insurance premiums) – reference, description, regular payment amount, start date and frequency of payment
  Setup your clients collectively in the database or individually in the Virtual Terminal
  Customer authorises you to take up to an agreed amount, weekly, monthly, annually as required, to an optionally agreed end date
  Amending the price of a product or service updates the payments due from customers for those products or services from the next payment date
 
Option 3: You have a business where you sell products, services or utilities to many different customers, many of whom paying different amount from other customers, on a regular basis, usually weekly or monthly.  Eg.  A Utility Company. Customers payments would be changing every week, month etc.
  Quick setup your different products or services (eg utility bill) – reference, description, 1st regular payment amount, start date and frequency of payment
  Setup your clients collectively in the database or individually in the Virtual Terminal.
  Import monthly amounts for billing each customer into your Credit Control module
  Customer authorises you to take up to an agreed amount, weekly, monthly, annually as required, to an optionally agreed end date

Pay As You Go

Allows you the pre-authorised option to take various amounts of money from customers’ credit card on ongoing basis:
  Customer gives you authorisation
  They purchase your products or services regularly
  You just take the funds from their credit card against any agreed transaction
  Customer can even phone an order through and you bill their card without them having to give you their card details every time

Refunds

The APP to provide refunds for all the standard and upgrade Credit Card solutions we provide
Find payments by Customer, Invoice, or Receipt
Each credit / debit card payment you accept generates a receipt which is automatically emailed to your customer. You may Refund all or a portion of any Receipt directly to the card it was processed with, up to the limit of that the Receipt amount.
On generating a Credit, the system generates a Credit Note and emails the Receipt, with refund details, for that Credit to your customer. Your customer can click a link in the email Receipt to download a PDF Credit note for their records.
